APPOINTMENT POLICY.

Effective 12.15.23, a 4% surcharge* will be added to all service totals (prior to any discounts) to offset the new state mandated expanded employee benefits, and rising operational costs.  This helps ensure Zazú continues to provide the service you love!

*(the surcharge is 6% in our Chicago location.)

24 hour notice required for cancellations & rescheduling for our services.

A card on file is required to schedule all services.

​If your appointment is missed, cancelled, or rescheduled within 24 hours, you will be charged 100% of the services reserved.
